This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will work in a broad and varied position focusing on accounts receivable and credit assessment. You will be responsible for managing credit risks, collecting overdue receivables, and ensuring effective management of the company's credit exposure. The role involves both operational and analytical tasks, as well as continuous improvement work to optimize processes in the area.

Selection of job tasks:

• Payment allocation, reconciliation, and investigation of customer payments
• Management of customers with “Self Billing”
• Collection of overdue debts and handling of collection cases
• Credit assessments and analysis of credit risks
• Reminder management and follow-up of customer receivables
• Reporting and handling of legal matters related to accounts receivable
• Investigate unallocated payments and perform account reconciliations
• Actively work to improve and streamline processes within the department

You will have contact with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth and business-like management of accounts receivable and credit issues.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• At least a high school education, preferable with post-secondary education in finance • Work experience in a similar role, preferable in accounts receivable and claims management. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form • Good computer and system skills, including Excel. As a person, you contribute with your positive energy and see the value in building relationships both internally and externally. You have the ability to quickly understand arising problems, and with your engagement and drive, you tackle your tasks. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and is also meticulous, analytical, and structured. You are fundamentally a team player driven by collaborating with like-minded colleagues. You are flexible in your working style and are not afraid to work in a company that is constantly changing and evolving.
